DJIBOUTI The Government obtained a loan from the Islamic Development Bank “IDB” to finance the cost of PROJECT URBAN POVERTY REDUCTION Balbala.
It is expected that part of the sums granted under this loan will be used to make the payments provided under this tender.
The Government of Djibouti with the delegation of project management, instructed the Djibouti Social Development Agency (ADDS) of the implementation of basic infrastructure work execution Balbala DJIBOUTI.
