The Republic of Djibouti got a from the African Development Fund Grant (ADF) to help finance the Urban Poverty Reduction Project in Djibouti in the five administrative centers, the construction and rehabilitation of some buildings and public spaces. It is expected that some of the amounts awarded under this grant will be used to make the payments provided under this tender.
The Government of Djibouti with the delegation of project management, instructed the Djibouti Social Development Agency (ADDS) of the implementation of the project to build community and market infrastructure in the Dikhil region.
As part of the mission entrusted to him, ADDS launched an open tender for the construction of a stockyard Dikhil.
