Ali Sabieh – The PNSF explained to assajog

Last Saturday at the headquarters of the Prefecture of Ali Sabieh, it was a question of the modalities for the selection of families poor beneficiaries of the national family solidarity program. An unprecedented program in its scope as it is supposed to reach a total of 2476 households in extreme poverty in the only assajog region.
At the head of a strong delegation, the Secretary of State for National Solidarity visited on 10 October in the capital of the region of Ali Sabieh. Accompanying Ms. Zahra Youssouf Kayad were senior officials of his cabinet, senior officials from the Djibouti Social Development Agency (ADDS), and a project coordinator of the National Union of Djiboutian Women (UNFD).
The Secretary of State for National Solidarity chaired a meeting devoted to the National Solidarity Program Family (PNSF), which was held at the headquarters of the Prefecture of Ali Sabieh. The meeting brought together on site of Deputies of the region, including the Vice President of the National Assembly, Elmi Obsieh Waiss, prefectural authorities, local elected officials, the Regional Director of Education, and Chief of Staff hospital of Ali Sabieh.
Discussed modalities for the selection of families poor beneficiaries of the national family solidarity program. An unprecedented program in its scope as it is supposed to reach a total of 2476 households in extreme poverty in the only assajog region.
In this context, the participants of the meeting endorsed the appointment of a regional steering committee should target households face the pangs of poverty.
“The success of this program requires the full involvement of governments and beneficiaries,” said the Secretary of State for National Solidarity. Besides the financial contribution quarter totaling 18,000 FDJ selected for each family for a year, the PNSF an education component and another bathroom.
Thus, the educational component of the program provides professional training opportunities for young people target households. The health component calls for a medical monitoring of women and children in need. On these points, Ms. Zahra Youssouf Kayad urged his interlocutors to ensure compliance with the requirements of transparency in the determination of beneficiary households of this ambitious program of national solidarity.
For this, provisional lists will be established. Which will be a general check in order to stop recording the final target of the national family homes solidarity program lists. “The mission is the responsibility of the regional committee PNSF which will sit representatives of 14 sector ministries involved in this program,” said substantially the Secretary of State for National Solidarity.
In conclusion, Ms. Zahra Youssouf Kayad announced that a group of managers PNSF his ministry will travel soon to the regions of the interior for the start of the first phase of this noble program.
