ADDS / Dikhil: Strengthen the capacity of local development actors

In the project of building the capacity of associations, the Djibouti agency for Social Development held last Thursday at a ceremony Dikhil certificates to twenty Okar associations formed mounting development projects.
The Djibouti Social Development Agency (ADDS) with the support of the African Development Bank, held last Thursday at the headquarters of the regional council of the city of Dikhil a ceremony certificates to twenty associations formed dikhiloises assembly and project management development.
The event was chaired by the Director of the ADDS, Mr. Mahdi Mohamed Djama in the presence of the prefect Dikhil Cheiko Mohamed Hassan and several local officials in the region and various personalities from different backgrounds.
This course demonstrates precisely the skills acquired by the beneficiary organizations for project development and self-management.
This initiative is part of the support of non-state actors regions project, funded by the African Development Bank, which will showcase all of our partners or prospective partners, the work done by this program within region Dikhil and results
This training was designed to not only building and managing various phases of projects, but also to encourage recipients to enable them to participate in the future development of their region.
Recall that the Regional Council following the program to reduce urban poverty in the capitals including programs to strengthen the capacity of associations of interior regions led by ADDS.
