Project of social safety nets Arhiba: Better informed local actors

Last Thursday at the headquarters of the UDC, located at Arhiba district, it was about the division of roles between the various stakeholders in the implementation of the project of social safety nets, employment-oriented, locally .

A briefing and awareness on the project of social safety nets was held last Thursday at the headquarters of the UDC, based in Arhiba.

Organized by the Djibouti Social Development Agency (ADDS), the meeting was attended by the chairman of the Joint Boulaos Said Abdi Elmi, officials ADDS in charge of coordinating the project, members of the local committee development Arhiba.

CLD its French acronym for the actors of associations, religious leaders, representatives of the municipality and the province.

There has been talk of the division of roles between the various stakeholders in the implementation of the project of social safety nets, employment-oriented.

Specifically, coordinators ADDS highlighted with their interlocutors the importance of ensuring compliance with the prerogatives of each to better serve residents Arhiba.

The leaders of local associations are supposed to echo the aspirations of their constituents. They must work together constantly with the rest of the local development committee to identify and prioritize to achieve in the project of social safety nets.

Each other better informed and will encourage better performance of the work of this important program, funded by the World Bank. This is to improve its instigators in this way the living conditions of the inhabitants of Arhiba.
