The city of Djibouti has just adopted a Master Plan for Urban Planning and Development (SDAU), which sets broad guidelines for future development. This SDAU thus gives this town the means to strengthen its role in national economic center or the Southern Africa sub-region.
From the perspective of its urban development, new routes identified by the SDAU aim to increase the attractiveness vis-à-vis city local and foreign investors. Also, the excitement could generate new offers city Djibouti activities will undoubtedly increase the pressure on land.
