The Republic of Djibouti has obtained a loan from the African Development Bank to help finance the Project to reduce urban poverty in Djibouti in the Heads places, including the construction and renovation of certain buildings and public spaces. It is expected that part of the sums granted under this loan will be used to make the payments provided under this tender.
