As part of its program to reduce urban poverty in the five regions of the country, ADDS has launched a comprehensive program whose objective is to identify and to upgrade the associative structures of the regions to acquire the appropriate structural and institutional capacity to design and manage development projects that meet the needs and priorities of the people of their region.
For its implementation , ADDS has recruited senior NGOs in each region in order to strengthen the capacity of civil society in these regions. Association leaders have the necessary foundation to better manage their organization in the following areas: management tools association, civic education and communication , financial management of the Association, design, develop , implement and evaluate a local development project , Research funding and partnership development , Development of a plan for development of the organization.
This will improve the internal governance of civil society for greater participation in the development of the region.
