The Republic of Djibouti has obtained a the African Development Fund loan to help finance the Urban Poverty Reduction Project in Djibouti in the five capitals, the construction and rehabilitation of some buildings and public spaces. It is expected that part of the sums granted under this credit will be used to make the payments provided under this tender.
The Government of Djibouti with the delegation of project management, instructed the Djibouti Social Development Agency (ADDS) of the implementation of the redevelopment of the public square Dikhil.
