The Republic of Djibouti got a from the African Development Fund Grant (ADF) to help finance the Reduction Project Urban Poverty in Djibouti in the Five Heads-locations, the construction and rehabilitation of some buildings and public spaces. It is expected that some of the amounts awarded under this grant will be used to make the payments provided under this tender.
The Government of Djibouti by Analyst delegation, instructed the Djibouti Social Development Agency (ADDS) of the implementation of the construction project of a route of access to Commercial Complex and a Block Complex Commercial for two (2) lots.
