This project aims to design and develop a central public space (the square Omar Gouled) and public spaces in the interstitial area 7 in order to improve the quality of life and strengthen social and community cohesion.
Place Gouled Omar is located in Ward 7, which includes a population of about 17,000 inhabitants spread over an area of1 km2, in the vicinities of the bidonvillaire pocket Djaga Bouldouq northeast which includes about 7,700 inhabitants.
