The Secretary of State, in charge of Social Affairs, was of passage, last Tuesday in the city of the unit. Ms. Mouna Osman Aden chaired the inaugural ceremony of a livestock park. She took the opportunity to present various projects of local development that are close to her heart. Such as the construction of a slaughterhouse and a fire station which should go hand in hand with the rehabilitation of the drinking water supply network and the provision of community development funds for the active associations alongside the public authorities In the pursuit of efforts to improve the living conditions of the poor. Secretary of State for Social Affairs Mouna Osman Aden visited the capital of the Dikhil region last Tuesday. Several senior executives from his ministerial cabinet and the Djiboutian Social Development Agency (ADDS), including Director General Mahdi Mohamed Djama, accompanied him on this work trip. … Inauguration of a livestock park in Dikhil. The distinguished visitor chaired the inaugural ceremony of a livestock park in the city of the unit. The event saw the participation of a good number of local personalities. These include the prefect of the region, Mohamed Cheiko Hassan, and president of the regional council, Abdourahman Yonis Arreh. The two men successively paid tribute in the sense of the commitment of the SEAS and ADDS who carried out this project. The African Development Bank has also fully funded it. We heard similar echoes in the remarks made by cattle breeders and sellers on the one hand, and the owners and drivers of heavy goods vehicles of Dikhil on the other. Both parties welcomed the commissioning of the market infrastructure. “The initiative is aimed at the development of livestock trade,” they said at the microphone of national media professionals. Indeed, the cattle park has facilities that meet international standards. In addition to drinking troughs, there are parking areas with ramps designed to facilitate the loading of livestock on board trucks for transport to the Damerjog Quarantine Center. After the inauguration of the cattle park, the Secretary of State, in charge of Social Affairs, opened the doors of an office of its ministerial department within the seat of the Regional Council of Dikhil. Mrs Mouna Osman Aden expressed her particular interest in the proper functioning of this branch, whose tasks are to collect complaints from dikhilese citizens and to inform them of the reasons for the objectives and objectives of the various programs put in place Implemented by SEAS. On this, she held a consultation meeting with local women’s mouthpieces. Which were representative of the clients of Dikhil’s savings and credit union (CPEC). The Secretary of State, in charge of Social Affairs, urged her interlocutors to take advantage of the financing opportunities offered by the microfinance institution.

Targeted actions in Tadjourah. Two days later, Ms. Mouna Osman Aden visited the chief town of the Tadjourah region. The object of his coming was to take the pulse of the CPEC clientele of Tadjourah. Hence the interview she had with the essentially female assistance, gathered last Thursday at the headquarters of the Regional Council of Tadjourah. The meeting took place in the presence of the prefect of the region, Abdoulmalik Mohamed Banoïta, and several local elected representatives. The Secretary of State for Social Affairs took the opportunity to explain the range of credits proposed by the Tadjourah CPEC. “Financial products that are all adequate responses to the expectations of the vulnerable fringes of the national population in the creation of income-generating activities,” she said. With force and conviction, which led him to draw up an inventory of the achievements of the microfinance institution in the white city and the localities in the north of the country. Undoubtedly, Ms. Mouna Osman Aden drew a rather satisfactory conclusion from the exercise. Since access to funding from Tadjourah CPEC has allowed women to sell their artisanal products on the local and national market. Unemployed young men have benefited from loans from this solidarity-based finance. Financial outstandings through which they were able to acquire means of light locomotion. Since then, the main parties involved have been transporting passengers from one end of the White City to the other at affordable prices. When she made contact with members of the CPEC in the north, the Secretary of State, in charge of Social Affairs, presented various projects of local development that are close to her heart. She spoke about the construction of a slaughterhouse and a fire station, the rehabilitation of the drinking water supply network, the provision of community development funds for associations working alongside the public authorities in The continuation of efforts
