The CPEC Ali Sabih is computerized

The Director of the Djibouti Social Development Agency went Saturday morning to the popular savings and credit Ali Sabieh where a team of international consultants is hard at work for several days to install software computer designed to monitor the movement of accounting and security of money transfers.

The locals Assajog have all seen . No more waiting in long lines to withdraw money from the CPEC in their region. And thanks to the installation of new computerized accounting software .

Installed by the international firm of consultants IT tools ” GHA Technologies “, the CPEC South Ali Sabih now have a financial or computerized system for recording the SAF operations deposit , credit, etc. .

During his visit to the premises of the CPEC , the director of the ADDS Mahdi Mohamed Djama was received at the scene by the President of the Regional Council of Ali Sabih Ahmed Omar Waiss and the manager of the Caisse populaire Radwan Aden Ali. Apart from financial operations , this new software will also ensure the reliability of financial data.

It must be said before, these operations were in manuscript and required several hours. But thanks to the computerization of the box , customers can now track the progress of their accounts directly .

The second step in this process is to interconnect different CPEC them .

Indeed, after the computerization of various funds , it will be for teams of international consultants to carry out a transfer of skills to enable all customers receive better service in all credit unions and savings credit of the country. “With the old manual system , we were not immune to risks of fraud , but now all movements will be monitored and operations will be more reliable,” said the director of the ADDS Mahdi Mohamed .

For his part, the manager of the South CPEC Ali Sabih , Aden Ali Radwan said that the installation of the new software will allow data security , ensuring customers but also several facilities to provide their main partners are the Ministry of Finance and donors better results.

Visit by the Regional Council … On the same day , the director of the ADDS chaired training for associations Ali Sabieh region on the right associative governance and management of local development projects . Provide all residents of Ali sabieh necessary support to strengthen community life . It is in this context that the Adds , in collaboration with the Peace and Milk Association , held Saturday morning a consultation meeting with the various associations of Ali Sabih .

Young and old responded to the invitation by the Djibouti Social Development Agency to help the people of Ali Sabih out of insecurity and that , through the various activities of the associations financed by the African Development Bank .

This training will continue until July 31 mobilized thirty groups from all areas of the region of Ali Sabih . Before the start of this first meeting , several surveys have been conducted to select the most active in the body different social groups (farmers , students, sports … )

Several topics will be discussed during the training including the operation of associations, financial management and especially the presentation of projects to raise the standard of living of the inhabitants of the region.

To do this, the Regional Chair asked all participants to exercise diligence to help them to fight poverty in their region. “We must build momentum in our city to fight youth unemployment ,” he said. Galab Hassan , head of the department of human development ADDS and the President of the Peace Association and Milk Daher Ahmed Okieh have also stressed the timeliness of this training.

The director of the ADDS Mahdi Mohamed Djama has said his side it was crucial to submit projects related to major infrastructure projects underway around the country.
