Training: Young better equipped

The Djibouti Social Development Agency (ADDS ) sponsored last Monday to industrial and commercial school ” ” Omar Kamil Warsama a ceremony of certificates of completion of training forty young people who have followed different courses of three months in the vocational training centers of LIC and CFPA .

LIC hosted Monday a ceremony of certificates to some 42 young people at the end of the different professional backgrounds of three months.

The ceremony took place in the presence of representatives of the ADDS , AFD , the Chairman of the Joint Balbala , elected municipal as well as officials from the Ministry of Education.

During these three months, the students have followed in the various vocational training centers training with specialties as varied as the finishing building, maintenance of solar installations , electricity or plumbing.

During this closing ceremony, the Director of the Department of Social ADDS Dirieh Souldan Farah said that one of the stated objectives of this training was to learn a trade to the young while helping them to integrate into working life in order to reduce unemployment by fighting against exclusion and poverty.

Before concluding, Mr. Souldan did not fail to remember that the training was part of the project of integrated urban development in Balbala . A program implemented by the government through the ADDS closely with the French Development Agency .

After the closing ceremony , certificates , equipment and working tools were presented to the winners who did not hide their enthusiasm.
