The Government of Djibouti has received a grant from the World Bank under the project to strengthen Social Nets (IDA Grant H779-DJ). ADDS calls for candidates to recruit a consultant to the development of a strategy communication that could support any communication, strengthen the cohesion of all project stakeholders (including HIMO and Nutrition) and meet the needs of institutional communication.
