1. The Republic of Djibouti has received a loan from the International Development Association to finance the project Reducing Urban Poverty Djibouti in Ward 7, and intends to use part of the loan to make payments under the following market: reconstruction of routes 50, 35, 37, 57 and 39 in Ward 7.
2. The ADDS invites sealed bids from eligible bidders meeting the qualifications to perform the work of reconstruction of highways 50, 35, 37, 57 and 39 in Ward 7.
