Literacy for the benefit of artisans Ardo-Bankoualé

As part of its community program, ADDS, in partnership with the association of young local development of Nardo-Bankoualé held Wednesday, August 19 Ardo to a project closing ceremony of literacy courses for the benefit of Ardo artisans / Bankoualé.
This literacy project for women artisans, ADDS funded through the Community Development Fund, aims to eradicate ignorance and empower craftswomen in management handicrafts they confectionnent.
The ceremony was attended by the Prefect of Tadjourah, Mr. Mohamed Abdoulmalik Banoita, the representative of the Regional Council of Tadjourah, sir. Idriss Ambassa and the Head of Strengthening the Service ADDS Actors Capacity, Mr Hassan Galab Galab.
The delegation was greeted by the village leader Ardo, the Okal and other village elders. This day was fooled by a festive atmosphere through folkhloriques dances before ending with certificates awarded to beneficiaries.
In total, 25 women artisans Ardo-Bankoualé could enjoy these literacy classes.
Through these technical and financial support, ADDS intends to increase the capacity of the associations so that they can actively participate in the development efforts in their region.
