• The State Secretariat for National Solidarity is in charge of the implementation of the policy to fight against poverty and promote solidarity. ADDS is under the supervision of the Secretary of State;
• The Board of Directors is the supreme body of guidance and control ADDS;
• The Monitoring Committee will monitor the activities of the ADDS on behalf of the Board and shall meet at least one time per quarter;
• Directorate General

– Provides daily management of the Agency;
– Implement the policy defined by the Board;
– Provides financial and operational administrative responsibility ADDS projects executed by it;
– Fixed goals different directions of the Agency;
– As authorizing officers committed, clear and authorize expenditure;
– Provides secretariat CA.
