Overhaul of human capital: Mothers avant-garde to Adaïlou
Twenty women completed last Wednesday training for several months on the nutrition of newborns and good dietary practices Adaïlou village in the region of Tadjourah . These public works are the pickups of plastic bags and other non-biodegradable products that are exchanged against cash or food rations , and rehabilitation of urban public infrastructure .
The choice of this multidimensional approach is relevant in the context of the fight against poverty. The strategy calls for optimum involvement of communities in setting priorities for work intensive labor ( LI ) and monitoring following the funding limits for each project area.
