The Djiboutian Social Development Agency (ADDS) provides for the implementation of a suite of accounting within the Office of Highways of Djibouti. The OVD already has a general accounting software Sage 100 and also uses Excel spreadsheet for specific operations. ADDS therefore provides to equip the road authority Djibouti, following SARRI 100 SAGE software, as well as a payroll module (such as sage payroll) or any other accounting software after having equivalent functionality.
